I forgot that I had a whole slew of Autumn images to share queued up and waiting for me to post! I did a lot of traveling around during the Fall 2014 foliage season and was finally able to make it back to Bailey Pond in Marshfield, Vermont. The pond is rather large with a rocky shoreline all the way around and a nicely shaped dome mountain on the backside of the pond. It is an excellent location for photography work with tons of compositions. On the day I was there it was during the peak foliage and the colors were simply amazing. The pond was covered with vegetation and the colors really popped with the sun to my back. Getting here is half of the fun as the road is dirt and used to be used as a railroad track. It has since been converted to vehicle use and it runs through some pretty pristine forest!
